Destiny 2 Xur location February 12
This week you’ll find Xur in the Hangar area of the Tower outside Dead Orbit. He sells at this location frequently, but those who don’t know where it is are free to use the map below.

Now that you know where Xur is located, here’s a quick recap of the goods he’s selling in his latest inventory. Random stat rolls are also listed for applicable gear pieces as well.
Hard Light [Energy Auto Rifle - 29 Legendary Shards]: Hard Light has the Volatile Light Perk, which adds ricocheting rounds that dole out bonus damage on bounce. This one’s not nearly as dominant as it used to be after a few nerfs, but still may prove a worthy companion in PvE and PvP alike. Whether you’re an old or new Guardian, this is a pickup that shouldn’t be missed. Young Ahamkara’s Spine [Hunter Gauntlets - 23 Legendary Shards]: This item typically has the Wish-Dragon Teeth perk that increases Tripmine Grenade duration and blast radius. Ability damage also regens grenade energy. Especially when paired with Impact Induction and precision knives, you can essentially have an endless loop of projectiles. It’s well worth considering for any grenade-melee build. MOB 10, RES 14, REC 7, DIS 12, INT 10, STR 9Dunemarchers [Titan Leg Armor - 23 Legendary Shards]: With Linear Actuators, sprint speed increases and builds up a static charge that releases when meleeing enemies. This Exotic won’t work for everyone, but it’s good at everything it advertises. If you want to move faster and deal melee damage, this option is for you. It meshes well with pretty much every Titan subclass, and might be a must-have in the current meta. Be aware that the perk hasn’t worked correctly since the launch of Season of the Chosen, so you may have to wait for the next update to experience its full effect. MOB 8, RES 13, REC 10, DIS 9, INT 6, STR 15Felwinter’s Helm [Warlock Helmet - 23 Legendary Shards]: This helmet has the Warlord’s End perk, which dictates that powered melee kills create a burst of energy that weakens nearby enemies. This Exotic was once supreme and has had its share of nerfs, but it’s still a solid option for Warlocks who like to melee in PvE. The debuff it offers can sometimes be inconsistent. But when things are firing on all cylinders, it can be really effective. If you already have it, though, you may want to avoid this particular roll. MOB 18, RES 6, REC 6, DIS 14, INT 2, STR 14A question [Exotic Cipher]: Complete strikes or win matches in Crucible or Gambit. Extra progress is awarded for more challenging activities and for succeeding with clanmates. (22)Exotic Engram [97 Shards]: As long as you’ve collected Exotics from the previous season, they’ll start dropping in these Engrams. If you’re a veteran Guardian who doesn’t like anything in this particular inventory, you might want to try one of these instead.
Given the immense possibilities of any Xur inventory, the catalog for February 12 is probably more miss than hit. It goes without saying that Hard Light will be a huge help for anyone playing Trials over the weekend, but the current gear options are a bit strange. In true Xur fashion he’s selling a broken Exotic to Titans this week, and some of the stat rolls for the other pieces just aren’t great. Hunters probably make out the best in this deal with Young Ahamkara’s Spine in a fairly diverse roll, but even that item seems to be on offer from Xur pretty frequently if you decide to pass on it today. Newcomers should always purchase any Exotic they don’t yet have, but existing players will likely find this latest lineup to be a bit bland.
Destiny 2 is available now on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC and Stadia.
