Here’s the backstory for Bungie’s upcoming sci-fi RPG shooter Destiny, in a nutshell. Once upon a time a giant ball called the Traveler came to our solar system and made dusty old planets like Venus and Mars habitable for human beings, leading to a leap forward in space exploration and technology. Then the Traveler’s enemy - a “powerful darkness” - caught up with it, which meant sad times for the people of Earth....

Where is Destiny 2’s July 30 Ascendant Challenge Located? Before getting started, it’s best to attempt this challenging task as a trio. It’s also helpful to have Melting Point and at least two Sleeper Simulants to take down the tough adds you’re about to fight. Instead, id Software was to focus on the flaghship title Doom 4, yet another long-in-development project that at least once during its years of creation had to be overhauled. Bungie has been pretty busy with Destiny lately as the developer just finished releasing the biggest expansion the game has seen yet. With a player base that continues to surge, their biggest challenge is to figure out how to continue to nurture and evolve the experience with new features and content for players. With House of Wolves now available and as players continue to battle through the new content, modes, and updates, there’s still a question of what’s next for the ambitious sci-fi shooter....

However, for those who share in that Destiny enthusiasm we have something quite cool. Several Destiny fans have developed a series of 3D printer templates that replicate various items from the game. Among the highlights from the bunch include a Destiny coin, a miniature Vandal Captain, and a Cabal Phalanx miniature. Arguably the coolest item available currently through the My Mini Factory site is a life-sized replica of the Conduit F3 Fusion Rifle....

Bungie even took things a step further to lay all the cards on the table, and let Destiny players know when they are going to talk about each piece of House of Wolves. One thing that they won’t be talking about, however, is the new raid. That’s because House of Wolves will not have a new raid. It may seem like Bungie slipped this Destiny bomb under the radar, but they assured players that the decision to skip a House of Wolves raid was not made lightly....

While his location changes from week to week, one thing that you can always rely on with Xur is that he will be selling enticing loot. He will typically be offering at least one exotic weapon and three pieces of exotic armor, with one for each of the game’s classes (those being Hunters, Warlocks and Titans)....

Guns that can fire through solid objects have been around since Red Faction, and invisibility cloaking is a common conceit in modern videogames, so they need no explanation. The 2020-21 season is already extremely condensed with the players only getting a week of rest. Those selected for the NBA All-Star Game won’t have that luxury either. Giannis Antetokounmpo followed in the footsteps of LeBron James and berated the NBA for their decision regarding the game. He said: Giannis Antetokounmpo is referring to LeBron James’ comments from a day earlier where he called the league’s decision a slap in the face....

Dong-kyung (Park Bo-young), the lead character, learned that she has cancer. Despite treatment, she would not be able to live more than a year. So she made a deal with Myulmang (Seo In-guk), literally the God of Doom in “Doom at Your Service,” to live out the last few days without pain. In “Doom at Your Service,” episode 13, tragedy strikes home, according to the promo. Viewers saw Myulmang in tears in a funeral hall....

Both jumpers started their competition with a 1.73-meter jump. However, nothing could stop the Indians from winning medals in this event. India’s third jumper, Varun Singh Bhati, failed to deliver as he was unable to breach the 1.80-meter mark. He had to settle for a 7th place finish. Here’s more on what transpired during the event.
